Think your phone or device is lost?
You’ll be charged a non-refundable deductible when you file your claim.
Make sure you file your claim within 60 days of loss or damage. Have this info handy:
Watch for an email with a link to check your claim status or go to att.com/checkmyorder. You’ll get a confirmation email when your replacement device ships.Â
Heads up: If you don’t return your damaged or defective device within 30 days, you’ll be charged a non-return fee of $850, which will be added to your wireless bill.
