Hide your Caller ID for outgoing calls

Hide your name and phone number on outgoing calls with AT&T Phone and AT&T Phone - Advanced.


AT&T Phone – Advanced

  1. Go to the AT&T phone portal. Sign in with your member ID.
  2. Select Features, then Outgoing Calls.
  3. Expand Hide My Caller ID, then toggle it ON or OFF.
  4. Select Save.

Additional tips

If Hide My Caller ID is:

  • Enabled: You can hide your phone number to be displayed for a single outgoing call. Press *67, dial the destination phone number, then press #.
  • Disabled: You can unhide your Caller ID for a single outgoing call. Press *82, dial the number, then press #.

AT&T Phone

  1. Go to your myAT&T account overview and select My digital phone.
  2. Select My voicemail & phone features, then Phone Features.
  3. In the Outgoing Calls section, select Caller ID Blocking.
    • Select ON to enable Caller ID Blocking.
    • Select OFF to disable Caller ID Blocking.
  4. Select Save.

Additional info

  • If Caller ID Blocking is enabled, you can allow your phone number to be displayed for just one call. Press *82, dial the number, then press #.
  • If Caller ID Blocking is disabled, you can block your phone number from being displayed for just one call. Press *67, dial the number, then press #.
