Choose an option to track your order:

Wireless order details

You can sign in to the myAT&T app or go to your order history to check your order.

  • You’ll get a confirmation email when your order ships. 
  • Preordered devices ship on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Back-ordered devices ship when they’re available.

If you think your device was lost during shipment, submit a ticket to request a refund. Make sure you received a delivery notice and checked all possible delivery areas.

Internet order details

Check the AT&T Smart Home Manager app for order info.

  • You’ll get a confirmation email when your order ships.
  • Be ready for set up by downloading the AT&T Smart Home Manager app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store. You can also use it to track your order, prepare for an appointment, and more.
