AT&T Turbo for Business

Eligibility: Available only to business and government customers with a qualified AT&T wireless service agreement (Business Agreement) and only for Corporate Responsibility User (CRU) lines of service. Provides customers the ability to optimize their rate plan’s starting data allotment and mobile hotspot data allotment by enabling priority treatment of the data traffic for these allotments. AT&T Turbo for Business is not available for hotspot data included in Advanced and Advanced 3.0 rate plans. AT&T Turbo for Business customers may add AT&T Turbo for Business to these data allotments on eligible lines for $15/month per line.  The feature will automatically renew each month until cancelled.  Feature uses “always on” quality of service network technology to provide a prioritized (i.e., enhanced vs. best effort) network experience for qualified business data.  General Requirements: To use the feature, Customer’s CRU line must: (a) be provisioned with qualified domestic postpaid Wireless Data Plan (Wireless Data Plan);  (b) use a 4G/5G compatible smartphone, tablet or other wireless device eligible under the applicable Wireless Data Plan; and (c) after line has been provisioned with Turbo for Business, device may require a restart or an Airplane mode toggle . Limitations: Coverage only in the United States (excludes U.S. territories). Available only for data traffic originated on and traveling entirely over the AT&T-owned domestic 4G LTE/5G/5G+ networks (excluding microcells, AT&T Wi-Fi service/calling, and roaming partners’ networks). Does not provide additional data allotments or coverage. Will not upgrade voice or messaging. Once line exceeds uplifted starting data allotment and uplifted hotspot data allotment, the plan’s default policies for remaining data allotments will apply for the rest of the bill cycle. The plan’s other management policies and restrictions will also apply. See plan terms for details. Feature is intended for Customer’s eligible CRU data traffic only and does not (a) prioritize such data traffic ahead of all other CRU data traffic (for example, any data traffic using a different prioritization feature that offers a higher quality of service), (b) provide priority access to available network resources, or (c) provide any preemption capabilities. AT&T reserves the right to terminate, suspend or restrict the feature if use is inconsistent with its intended use or the Business Agreement. Performance, experience, and speed not guaranteed and may be affected by other factors such as peak network congestion, your plan’s video management, coverage, your device, and third-party limitations. Activation may take up to 15 minutes after purchase for feature to apply. General: Subject to applicable Business Agreement. Taxes, fees, and other charges may apply. Feature availability, pricing, terms, and restrictions subject to change and may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.
