ALL AT&T INTERNET AIR^® FOR BUSINESS 2.0 PLANS: Available only to business and government customers with a qualified wireless service agreement that includes, without limitation, the Additional Service and Equipment-Related Terms found at att.com/abs-addtl-terms or comparable provisions (Business Agreement). Each plan is for one Corporate Responsibility User (CRU) line of service and requires a compatible wireless router (sold separately) that is certified for use on the AT&T 5G Standalone network. Plans offer a wireless internet access service that offers you the capability for acquiring or retrieving information from; generating, storing, transforming, processing, or utilizing information on; or making available information to other internet end points connected directly or indirectly via a fixed wireless connection to the AT&T network. All wireless services are subject to the terms and conditions of your Business Agreement. Plans are not intended for high bit rate applications & may not be used for server devices or host computer applications (such as continuous web camera posts or broadcasts), for high bandwidth applications, services or content that disproportionately and excessively contribute to network congestion (such as web broadcasting), or in any other manner prohibited by your Business Agreement (see the prohibited network uses/activities in the Additional Service and Equipment-Related Terms at att.com/abs-addtl-terms or comparable portion of your Business Agreement & see the AT&T Acceptable Use Policy at att.com/aup). AVAILABILITY: Plans are not available in all areas. Standard plan: Requires a qualified residential or non-residential business service address; exclusions apply. Premium plan: Requires a qualified business service address; not available at residential business locations. To qualify for AT&T Internet Air for Business 2.0 service, you must have an approved service address in an AT&T-owned and operated coverage area that is eligible for AT&T Internet Air for Business 2.0. Service areas for AT&T Internet Air for Business 2.0 are determined by coverage and capacity availability on the local mobile network and may change from time to time. If your service is cancelled or terminated, you may not qualify to reactivate the service if your location is deemed no longer eligible. When used indoors, plans also require sufficient in building cellular coverage to work optimally. You should assess whether there is sufficient in-building coverage at your desired location prior to purchase. SERVICE RESTRICTIONS: You may not use AT&T Internet Air for Business 2.0 at any address other than your designated service address without AT&T’s express prior written approval. If you use AT&T Internet Air for Business 2.0 at a location other than your designated service address without such approval, the service may not operate as intended, and AT&T reserves the right to (a) move you to an available AT&T Wireless Broadband plan (see att.com/awebplans) and charge you the corresponding monthly amounts or (b) terminate the Service. AT&T will notify you prior to taking one of these actions. You can request eligibility review/approval for a service address change by calling 800-331-0500 or by contacting your AT&T account representative. PRICING: Monthly pricing includes a monthly plan charge for wireless data service. AutoPay & Paperless Bill Discount: $5 discount is applied to the monthly plan charge when account is active & enrolled in both AutoPay and Paperless Billing. Discount starts within 2 bill cycles. Pay full plan cost until discount starts. OTHER RESTRICTIONS & FEES: Activation/upgrade fee per line (up to $50) & deposit may apply. If you purchased a device that requires a service term commitment, an Early Termination/Cancellation Fee of up to $750 applies if you cancel service after the first 30 days & before your service term ends. DATA SPEEDS: The speed of AT&T Internet Air for Business 2.0 service is very dependent upon the connection your wireless router can achieve with the AT&T mobile network. Many things can affect the availability and quality of your service including, but not limited to, your proximity to the cell site, the position of your device within your location, local congestion caused by use of network capacity by high numbers of users simultaneously using data intensive applications in the vicinity of the cell tower serving your designated service address, blockage of the signal between the designated service address and the cell tower (caused by objects such as buildings, foliage, etc.), AT&T network management practices, and weather. As such, performance, experience, and speeds will vary and are not guaranteed. To maximize performance, you should make every effort to position your router in an optimal position for your location. 5G SERVICE: Requires a compatible 5G device and a designated service address in a 5G coverage area. Coverage not available everywhere. See att.com/5gnetwork for details. 5G+ SERVICE: Requires a compatible 5G+ device and a designated service address in a 5G+ coverage area. Coverage available only in limited locations in specific cities. See att.com/5gnetwork for cities. Other restrictions apply. COVERAGE: Coverage is not available everywhere, subject to change without notice, and not guaranteed. OFF-NET USAGE: Domestic off-net (roaming) data usage may be at 2G speeds. Plans do not permit international roaming. Excessive Off-Net Usage: You get an off-net (roaming) usage allowance for data service (see your Business Agreement). If you exceed the allowance, your service(s) may be restricted or terminated. MISCELLANEOUS: Plans not available in all areas or in all sales channels. Business Agreement Discounts: Plans are not eligible for any CRU service discount described in your Business Agreement.

AT&T INTERNET AIR FOR BUSINESS PREMIUM 2.0 PLAN: Plan pricing: $105/mo. 250GB OF AT&T TURBO FOR BUSINESS: Uses quality of service network technology to provide a prioritized (that is, enhanced versus “best effort”) network experience for the first 250GB of eligible business data traffic per bill cycle. After your Turbo for Business allowance is exhausted, all data traffic will be subject to your plan’s Data Restriction until the beginning of the next bill cycle. Coverage: Prioritized network experience is available only for qualified business data traffic originated on and traveling entirely over the AT&T-domestic 4G LTE/5G/5G+ networks (excluding microcells, AT&T Wi-Fi service and roaming partners’ networks). Limitations: Feature does not (a) prioritize your qualified business data traffic ahead of all other data traffic (for example, any data traffic using a different prioritization feature that offers a higher quality of service), (b) provide priority access to available network resources, or (c) provide any preemption capabilities. AT&T reserves the right to terminate, suspend or restrict the feature if use is inconsistent with feature’s intended use or the Business Agreement. DATA RESTRICTIONS: After 250GB of data usage in a bill cycle, then for all data usage for the remainder of the bill cycle, AT&T may temporarily slow data speeds if the network is busy. In addition, in very rare cases, if your data usage is contributing significantly to congestion on the wireless network, AT&T will slow your speed to as low as 512 Kbps for a minimum of 30 minutes.

In addition, in very rare cases, if your data usage is contributing significantly to congestion on the wireless network, AT&T will slow your speed to as low as 512 Kbps for a minimum of 30 minutes.
