AT&T OneConnect International Day Pass® Terms and Conditions
AT&T OneConnect International Day Pass® - Terms and Conditions
AT&T OneConnect International Day Pass (“OneConnect IDP”) is a prepaid international roaming feature available exclusively to AT&T OneConnect customers. You must purchase a Day Pass before you can use it during travel.
Eligibility:
Consumer customers need an eligible AT&T OneConnect wireless plan and a compatible smartphone or tablet (“Compatible Device”).
Coverage:
OneConnect IDP is available in over 210 destinations listed at att.com/globalcountries and on enabled flights on participating airlines (“Destinations”). Destinations may vary and may change without notice. OneConnect IDP is not available on cruise ships at sea or when traveling outside included Destinations. No daily fee applies for Mexico and Canada when included in your AT&T OneConnect plan. Participating airlines and enabled flights may change without notice. Service on participating airlines is generally available only more than 200 nautical miles from the U.S. and above 20,000 feet and may be affected by satellite, operational, or regulatory limitations.
Day Pass Purchase and Use:
You must purchase one or more Day Passes at att.com/attaccount before using your device in a Destination. You may purchase Day Passes before you travel or while roaming internationally; purchases made while roaming require a Wi-Fi connection. Each Day Pass is purchased separately for each line after initial account setup. A Day Pass costs $10 per line (taxes and fees included) and provides unlimited talk, text, and data for one usage period (described below). You may hold up to 15 Day Passes on a line at any time. Day Passes are tied to the line on which they are purchased and cannot be shared, transferred, or moved to another line. All Day Pass purchases are final and non-refundable, and any unused Day Pass will expire 90 days after purchase without credit, refund, or extension.
The first time you use data, make or receive a call, or send a text message in an included Destination, one Day Pass will be used from your balance. That Day Pass covers one usage period of 24 hours from the time of your first use. Receiving a text message does not use a Day Pass. Each additional 24-hour usage period will use another Day Pass from your balance. If you have no Day Passes remaining, you cannot use international roaming until you purchase an additional Day Pass.
Included Services: Data:
Phones and tablets only. Data usage for OneConnect IDP is subject to the same data restrictions, video management, network management, and usage limitations that apply to the AT&T OneConnect domestic plan. Applications on your device may use data in the background, which can use a Day Pass. To avoid unexpected usage, turn off cellular data roaming and Wi-Fi Calling in your device settings. Talk: For phones only. Includes calls made from, and received in, included Destinations to the U.S. and to other included Destinations. Calls to or from any other destinations are not included. Text: For phones only. Applies only to AT&T Short Messaging Service (SMS) and Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) and does not cover other messaging services or applications, such as iMessage.
Restrictions:
OneConnect IDP may only be used on participating airlines and in Destinations, as described above under Coverage. If you have no Day Passes remaining or your Day Passes have expired, you cannot use international roaming through OneConnect IDP or otherwise.
General:
Subject to the Customer Service Agreement (att.com/consumerserviceagreement). Availability, quality of coverage, and roaming services are not guaranteed. Additional restrictions may apply.
