Enhanced Internet on AT&T Business Fiber

1. Enhanced Internet

Enhanced Internet is an optional add-on feature to AT&T Business Fiber internet that adds active AT&T 5G wireless connectivity with embedded network software to provide dynamic traffic routing, congestion avoidance, and application prioritization.

1.1. Enhanced Internet Service

1.1.1. Enhanced Internet Dashboard

Customer must be provisioned within the MyAT&T Portal to access the Enhanced Internet Dashboard. Customer will have access to the Enhanced Internet Dashboard via the myAT&T Portal, which provides on-demand network visibility and self-management. This capability allows Customer to view analytics, monitor connection health, and configure application prioritization settings.

1.1.2. Enhanced Internet Equipment

Enhanced Internet requires the use of an AT&T-provided Converged Gateway (“CGW” or “Enhanced Internet Equipment”) at Customer’s premises. This equipment integrates fiber connectivity, embedded 5G wireless capability, and Wi-Fi functionality into a single device.

1.1.3. Enhanced Internet Service Availability

Enhanced Internet is not available in all areas. Availability of Enhanced Internet depends on (i) availability of AT&T Business Fiber at Customer's premises, and (ii) adequate AT&T 5G wireless coverage at Customer's premises. AT&T may decline to provision Enhanced Internet if AT&T determines, in its sole discretion, that adequate 5G coverage is not available at Customer's premises.

1.2. Disconnect Orders

Enhanced Internet is billed as an add-on feature to AT&T Business Fiber and can be cancelled at any time via the Enhanced Internet Dashboard or by calling AT&T Customer Service. Customer will be issued a credit prorated for the remaining days between the disconnect date and end of billing cycle. If Customer's AT&T Business Fiber service is suspended or disconnected, a disconnect order will automatically be processed for Enhanced Internet as well at the specific access circuit.
